We’re looking for an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team at our head office in Archerfield to lead and enhance asset lifecycle costing and strategy, supporting informed decision‑making, optimised total cost of ownership, and successful customer outcomes across the resources and construction sectors. This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the development, improvement, and application of the asset lifecycle costing framework, ensuring maintenance and commercial considerations are effectively integrated
  • Undertake asset lifecycle evaluations to support customer proposals in the resources and construction industries
  • Develop and manage lifecycle strategies to optimise asset capability and total cost of ownership
  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement of asset lifecycle and costing processes, enhancing capability, consistency, and decision‑making across the business
  • Participate in Logistics Support Analysis, including maintenance and spares support analysis
  • Mentor and support analysts within the team, uplifting capability, consistency, and analytical maturity

What you’ll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in:

  • Experience in asset lifecycle management and lifecycle costing within asset‑intensive environments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to develop and apply lifecycle strategies to optimise asset performance and total cost of ownership
  • Experience supporting customer proposals through asset lifecycle and cost evaluations
  • Understanding of maintenance, spares, and logistics support analysis
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across technical, commercial, and operational teams
  • Experience improving processes and mentoring or supporting junior analysts
